The Spear Programme unlocks the innate talent and potential of young people, helping them develop lifelong confidence and skills. We can only do this with your help.

There are three main ways you can support Spear Islington:

Donate

Donations are Spear Islington’s only income and help us continue our work with young people. If you’d like to give regularly to Spear, please get in touch. Alternatively, you can make one off donation to Spear Islington by clicking on the link below.

Volunteer

Be a part of building a young person’s career. We’re always looking for mock interviewers who can offer a practice interview to a young person and invest in their potential.

Fundraise

Throughout the year, we work with supporters to fundraise for Spear Islington. Get in touch to discuss how we can support you to raise funds that will help transform lives and futures.

Attend a Spear Celebration

Attend an inspiring and moving event hearing first-hand the stories of transformation from young people who have just completed the Spear Programme. Help celebrate our young people’s progress as they journey into work.

Attend the Gala Dinner

Each year we throw a party to celebrate the work of the Spear Programme and to raise money for the following year. This year, our Gala Dinner, will be on 20th November. Save the date!
