Ways to partner with Spear Islington

Volunteer your time

Host a company visit to enable our Spear trainees to experience a working environment and provide career inspiration, or encourage your staff to volunteer their professional skills through mock interviews, presentation feedback and career panels.

Donations and fundraising

Sponsor an individual or a whole cohort of 12-15 young people on the Spear Programme, or support Spear Islington through a corporate fundraising event.

Employ a young person

Offer work placements, apprenticeships or entry-level roles to our diverse, motivated Spear candidates, helping them take that crucial first step towards long-term employment.

Learn more about Spear Islington’s work

If you’d like to find out more about Spear and the difference we make to young people’s lives, join us at a Spear Programme Celebration evening, held at the end of each six week foundation phase. This is a brilliant opportunity to hear directly from the young people about the impact Spear has had on their lives, to celebrate their success and to encourage them on the journey ahead.
