Each year we aim to achieve the following:

of the trainees we work with will have at least one barrier to education, employment or training, ensuring we work with those who most need our help.
Up to 90
Spear Islington will work with up to 90 young people each year.
of Spear completers will be in work or education a year after completion.
The work readiness of all our trainees will improve in the following 5 areas:
attitude, confident communication, professional behaviour, self-leadership and mindfulness of others.
These indicators have been independently verified as being an accurate predictor of employment outcomes.
