Aisling started her career working in technology consulting for Deloitte in both Ireland and the UK before taking a role as Strategy and Workforce Management lead for the global technology organisation in Novartis. She was a leader in Scouting Ireland for 13 years and has always enjoyed working with young people. She is passionate about applying her professional skills to support charitable organisations that develop young people and provide them with the practical skills to be successful. This includes work with Nurture Africa based in Uganda, and most recently joining Spear Islington as a trustee.
