Martin is a chartered accountant by background but has spent the majority of his career in management consultancy focusing on cultural and behavioural change.  He was a partner at PwC, an executive at IBM and, for the last 15 years, a partner in MetaforePartners, a small change consultancy. He has lived and work in Canada and mainland Europe.  He has been in Islington since 1984 and is passionate about levelling up so that every young person in our community can take advantage of the opportunities this amazing part of London offers.
