I’m sure we can all agree that 2020 has been an emotional rollercoaster; I started off the year in a very dark place. But the Spear Programme got me some excellent opportunities, including work experience and mock interviews. During the mock interviews, I spoke to someone who worked in the stock market and he told me a very vital piece of information. He said, no one knows you better than yourself. And I remember that really struck home for me and allowed me to be myself and open up more. So I want to say a huge thank you to my Spear coaches Mel and Emma for allowing me to have the opportunities that I have right now.
